One of the most common questions I get is how do I start a conversation in this situation or that situation. And so what I thought would be helpful is to give you 3 simple ways to start a conversation (aka conversation starters) that you can use anywhere. You don’t need to be a genius, they’re super versatile and I use them pretty much every day.

quick question: is it recommended to ask the same starter question (which works) with different people. For example, I always ask people at the gym whom I've never met: What do you have for today? as in what muscles they will train on that day. Till now its a really good convo starter and i know a lot of people at the gym rn, but im not sure if I should change it up. rn the people who already had a convo started with me have random topics to talk about so it never really gets awkward and the small talk is pretty interesting.

I know I've watched this video before but i completely forgot it. I've been watching a lot of your videos hoping to be able to improve my social skills but i haven't really been able to. What is the most efficient way to translate what i see in the videos into changes in how i interact with people? Do i need to study like i do for school? Just rewatch them more? Use a different mindset when watching them? Something else?

The accent question is not so great. Lived in New England for 10 1/2 years, I am from Mexico. It gets a bit old after while. I eventually became very self conscious about my accent.
