In my elementary school in Serbia (I just finished 7th grade) we had 6-7 45 min classes a day. So, that's only about 5h spent in school a day and 25h a week. For an example, if my first class starts at 8.00 am, my school time is over in 1.10 pm.

  18. Syadzafi Muhammad S says:

in my school, in indonesia, dormed school, we start at 7.30 am and finish at 6.00 pm, there's 3 break, 20 minutes at 10.00 am, 2 hour for lunch, and 1 hour at 4.00pm.

and after dinner (we had dinner at 8.00pm) we enter class again until 10.30pm. what a tiringful school system, moreover teacher loves to give us examination, quiz, and also a lot of homework.

sorry for my bad english 🙂

In my school in the Philippines we got 9 hours of school (well not all of the schools in the Philippines maybe some including my school)
BTW I kinda like my school
    I got 7 subjects a day
We focus more on skills rather than knowledge

  20. Spiritual Donuts says:

    In Bosnia/Croatia:
    Primary:
    School starts: 8:30
    EVERY LESSON: 45 MINUTES
AFTER THE FIRST LESSON: 20 min breakfast
    5 MORE LESSONS
Then 30 min break along with break.
    Secondary:
    50 MIN LESSONS, SAME BREAKS.
    HIGH SCHOOL:
1 HOUR EACH LESSON, SCHOOL HAS 2 BREAKS WITH ONLY 10 MINUTES TO EAT LUNCH AND BREAKFAST.

This system! is outdated and needs to go. work is not necessary anymore almost every job can be automated and there can be a higher slandered of living for all people, it's already all been layed out look up the Venus project. money is no longer important, people are to afraid to join up together and do away with country's, military's, police, prisons. none of this is necessary. all these bad things going on in the world are generated and created through the system's we protect.

when you put people out on there own they will seek opportunity at any chance. you cant have a decent world with the money system and you cant have decent people either. everyone wants to point out the flaws but its the system that is flawed, the people are victims of there environment.

look up the Venus project. its time for something more simple that benefits everybody.

I'm surprised that 4K people disliked this video, considering that at least some of them are going to school or went to school so they should understand how kids feel at school and to those 4K people who disliked this video you shouldn't let other people shape your view of things.

  40. 김지은 says:

as one of korean students, I think the school system of USA is even idealistic…well…yes. I think if the educational system of my country is almost same as that of USA, It would be OK for me and other students of my country. I even don't think that we could follow Finland's educational style. if we can follow the american education style it would be great…success. anyway, I don't wanna be confined in school from 8a.m to 10 p.m ANYMORE!!
