This is really helpful and make its very clear, thank you. I have a question. I am a bit confused about how to go about the research, do I decide on the point and then find the reference to support it, or find the reference and write around it? I am snowed under by all the reading and cannot work out how to manage all the research and quotes and sources. Please advise and tips or pointers, thank you.

I have a question. You said no citation needed at around 2:47 in your video and was talking about common Knowledge. Well my question is: Without citation are we just Bull shitting it at that point? ( excuse for bluntness and I could have probably phrased that better ).

We were tasked to make a research paper by our teacher. The thing is, she did not teach us any of these things. Format, when and how to use citations, how to structure paragraphs accordingly etc. How pathetic it is, that a youtube video can provide more information than our teacher has in the 50+ hours total she's had her sessions with us.

Thanks! Now, I think I can or atleast have learned to make a better/more effective paper. Cheers to you! 🙂
