What if I were to offer you a sure-fire investment that would, if implemented properly, guarantee to at least double or triple your money in 3-4 years. The investment is so simple and straightforward – you could be completely hands off. You would not have to do a thing. It would require no monitoring of a fund or stocks – not even a yearly review, such as a mutual fund or IRA.

It would require nothing but an initial investment. Then just sit back and let others do the work. In a few years, reap the reward.

Okay – you may be saying – where do I sign? And by the way – what’s the investment?
Well – the investment is a pipe dream. It’s not real. There is no real investment which is that easy and simultaneously sure fire. Or is there?

PTU as it was supposed to generate its own resources through intellectual & resource sharing programs. The Director of Technical Education wished to launch Learning Centers ofPunjab Technical University Jalandhar, but Secretary of Technical Education was not willing to seek permission from the study centre of IIT Delhi. At that time, the Technical Minister gave the authority to Director of Technical Education to run such institutes which were established keeping in view all prescribed norms. Due to conflict between Secretary and Director there was a delay of 7-10 months in the commencement of courses in these institutes but in spite of all these hurdles, the learning centers attracted huge crowds of students & these centers contributed immensely towards gross income of PTU. The share of PTU in the income generated by learning centers is more than what most of the 13 universities running such DEP’s have. This week Craig looks at the expressed powers of the President of the United States – that is the ones you can find in the Constitution. From appointing judges and granting pardons, to vetoing laws and acting as the nation’s chief diplomat on foreign policy, the Commander in Chief is a pretty powerful person, but actually not as powerful as you might think. The Constitution also limits presidential powers to maintain balance among the three branches of government. Next week we’ll talk about the president’s powers NOT mentioned in the Constitution – implied powers.

Lessons in Propaganda from Government Education
By Stefan Molyneux

“A general State education is a mere contrivance for molding people to be exactly like one another; and as the mold in which it casts them is that which pleases the dominant power in the government, whether this be a monarch, an aristocracy, or a majority of the existing generation; in proportion as it is efficient and successful‎, it establishes a despotism over the mind, leading by a natural tendency to one over the body.” – John Stuart Mill, On Liberty, 1859

“The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next.” – Abraham Lincoln

Government liquidation auctions are for items that have been confiscated or for stolen property that has been recovered but never claimed by anyone. Government auctions have been very popular in the past due to the fact that that many of the items will be sold just for what they are worth and not for a penny more. The government is looking to get what they have put into auctioning off the items including resources to handle all of the property. There is very little markup, if any at all, so those who attend these events really do enjoy incredibly low prices.

Oftentimes, these liquidation auctions can be for estates across the nation that have been foreclosed on or confiscated due to tax reasons. At that point the government liquidation auctions step in and handle the entire situation, from the first bid call at the auction block to escrow accounts that all monies go into until full accounting and final settlement is completed. These government liquidation auctions professionals have the skills and use all know-how in the auctioning business to handle the situation with ease. Theres a misconception that auctions that are handled by the government are items from people who have been involved with illegal situations and the law states that these items can be taken away from them because of it. This is true but there are no remnants of this type of activity that the item was involved in.

In this great land we call the United States of America the laws that govern our country have to be abided by and in some cases there can be hurt and hardship caused to the recipient. Taking some time to get educated about some of the resources that have to be utilized in the auction process is something that should be done ahead of time. Items that are up on the auction block can be as extravagant as huge yachts, cars, farm equipment, semi trucks, construction equipment, and yes even estate sales, so you can see the diversity that you will enjoy during one of these auctions.

Using the Internet for the purpose of finding these professional government liquidation auctions will be the easiest way to find out where the auction is along with some of the different items that might be available at it. Now, if you play your cards right there could be some quality merchandise that you could purchase at one of the professional government liquidation auctions in your area that could be worth your while.
