    Lol I played Pokémon Go and I wouldn't walk around my neighborhood I would just hop in the car with my mom when she was going places

    When we actually bother to play Pokémon Go we usually burn an average of 300 calories.  More if we wear a weighted vest or ankle weights.  It has been too cold lately to play properly though…

    These scientist must not be that smart. Exercise isn't about what you are doing it is also about what you consume on a daily bases. Even tho Pokémon go isn't the ideal way to get a lot of exercise it is much better than staying hope most of the time sitting and playing. It's a great way to start

    um some of them yes the main examples are on the Wii and Wii U for the Just Dance games

    Most video games count as exercise. They exercise your brain your finger your hand and even exercising by the Kinect and wii or VR for the movement. Just don't be addictive on 1 thing
