Tony is the creator behind P90X® – the best selling fitness program in America. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.     I started P90X in 2006, and it has been one of my best investments. My body was transformed for better. I still use it 2-3 times a week , the rest I go to lift weights at the gym.

    I'm on my 53rd day of P90. I've lost 24 lb so far. I need to lose something like 100-150 more to get to my goal. And god damn it feels good to be on the way!

    this has been proven wrong, if you run over 3 miles a day more then 3 days a week it can actually have a back effect. it is like a U shape, you need to find a middle balance not to little and not to much to see best results in the long run, there was a man who use to run 100 mile races and dies of a heart attack at 55 from over working his heart

    I'm so happy I found this video. I started p90X nine weeks ago and I'm loving. I can't say enough about how much I love working out with Tony Horton. I love his personality and the way he makes any hard workouts less intimidating. God bless you Tony!
