Great vid, gathering all that must've taken a lot of time. Thanks!

  2. María Rosales says:

I have been vegan for the last 5-6 months and recently I got my blood tested. I was expecting good results as I have been eating much much better than I used to. However, my LDL cholesterol even increased a bit (it's 174; the max. is supposed to be 130). To be honest I feel so discouraged as I wanted to believe genetics didn't matter that much. Is anyone in a similar situation?

  3. Sadie S. says:

I am vegan and I completely believe this is the healthiest way of eating there is but I also can't ignore the convincing evidence that – What I've Learned's video presented about how carbs are bad for you and how a high fat diet is the best. Please do a video comparing both high fat low carb and high carb low fat. I have a hard time finding reliable information for myself on the high carb low fat and vise versa.

    Thanks for your videos.

  6. meghan228 says:

P.s. Vegan diets, in my opinion, are still the way to go

  7. meghan228 says:

Did you check the dates your sources were posted? I was reading some articles that were posted recently about how cholesterol in your diet doesn't cause high cholesterol, so I checked your sources. The two I looked at are OVER 2 YEARS OUTDATED! You might want to check that next time.

Hi Mike, PLEASE make a video on the salt controversy !!!??? There are a LOT of studies that seem to show that low sodium intake is MUCH more dangerous to our health than high sodium intake. On YouTube Dr. James Dinicolantonio has many VERY convincing videos telling us to take 3.5 to 5.5 grams of sodium (= 1.5 to 2.5 times the RDA max for sodium). Here are a few link to his vids: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTr3S2Bqlow and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTr3S2Bqlow

    Great video!

  20. Joana Leonardo says:

My father saw a documentary about the "conspiracy of colesterol"… In that doc it's said that colesterol is not relevant at all and the farmaceutical industry just wants to make money of it. Plus, one pill in particular (crestor) had some serious side effects. So, my father stop taking that pill and he also continued to eat animal corpses and all sort of garbage… Result: in the last blood test he made, the colesterol level was very dangerous! And he doesn't bother less… He doesn't care about colesterol anymore, he feels great and thinks he doesn't need to change diet or take medication. So convenient, hein!!! -.-'
People believe in the most convenient "truth"… And he will believe in that till the day he has a stroke or worse…
