We are all born free. We all have our own thoughts and ideas. We should all be treated in the same way.

Can you tell which of these children was not born equal?
Can you tell which of these children does not deserve to be treated with dignity?
We can’t either.”

To broadly raise awareness of the 30 inalienable rights as proclaimed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Church of Scientology sponsored the production of a corresponding series of Public Service Announcements illuminating these rights. Each is intended to provide young people with an appreciation of a fundamental tenet within every free society, so that the generation of tomorrow need not repeat the errors of its predecessors.

I wish to have this kind of videos here, in the Argentinian TV!

  3. Selwin says:

This what I would call the dictatorship-article. The article itself states that freedoms may be limited according to morality, public order and general welfare. This is the article that justifies and legitimizes locking up peaceful protestors, journalists, writers and cartoonists and the prosecution of peaceful drug users or other peaceful disobedient citizens. Also, limiting freedoms according to an arbitrary morality can mean anything. It can justify all sorts of limitations on freedom; completely arbitrarily. I would most definitely argue for the repeal of article 29.

  4. Jos Boersema says:

Article 29 (3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

We have a duty to protect other people their right, and therefore I demand the immediate withdrawel of this Universal declaration which is a rights destroying document.
