Today I have an Adobe InDesign tutorial video entitled a magazine layout in Adobe InDesign tutorial, a look at laying out a magazine document both for print and we use, in InDesign. I have a link below that shows my most recent magazine project that I worked on in InDesign which is also shown in the tutorial today. My method works for me where I design he artwork in Photoshop, and then transfer that over to Adobe InDesign, where I also add the text and logo files to prevent blurry printing solutions.
So if you want to know how to layout a magazine in Adobe InDesign, watch my video today and I hope that the Adobe InDesign tutorial is a helpful one 🙂

Hi, So even for a A3 page size Magazine we have to use single A4 SIZE for a single page layout and when we print it then one image across the A3 PAGE combines to be one and show seperate across TWO A4 pages.

  14. Дмитрий Закиров says:

I think it is absolutely wrong Title & Description. You are using InDesign just to compose and layout files from Photoshop. It is so minimalistic use of InDesign that it can't be named as a tutorial. You make double JPG compression over your images: first one in Photoshop, when you save you file and second one in InDesign when you export to different versions. I'd prefer using PNGs or TIFFs instead of jpeg. Moreover, when you exporting your layout for screens, you left jpeg ppi resolution on 300, what's the point? It just increases your file size. What's for you use interactive version if you didn't show anything interactive in it? No vids, no audio or buttons and forms etc.

Is it normal, when you put the JPEG image on the backgorund of the inDesign page, to see the image very pixelated?
