There was a time when “Journal Writing” was a subject to be taken. In some institutions, journal writing is therapy. In universities, it is part of the English curriculum. In writing classes, it is a special project.

Journal writing is a pre-writing activity to generate ideas.

Its history like any other science dates back from the creation of the world – The Bible.
In the present time, journal writing becomes popular because of technology. Blogging, websites, and spaces online like facebook, friendster, and blogspots are becoming electronic journals. The more traditional terms of this journals and digital art are diaries, reflections, and short sentences plotting schedules.

Thoughts are recorded everyday, or as often as possible. And then, this notebook entry becomes a habit and writing practice.

II. We have many ways how to write journals. But most often, academic journals are associated with writing classes because they help the students become better thinkers and writers.
An academic journal is a mix of the diary and class notebook. They are also called learning logs because it records the writers perception of the business of learning, reactions to readings, and ideas for papers.
The diary is a record of everyday events whereas the class notebook is the record from the day’s lessons and lectures. The academic journal is the cross of ideas between the diary and the class notebook.

III. The Process (You can try this for practice)

1. Free write a journal about “The Environment”

Write for 5 minutes.
Write for 3 minutes.
Write for1 minute.

2.Timed Journal writing (for 10 minutes)

Select another title/theme.

3. Select a writer or a blog publisher who is known for having written a journal. Write a report for the purpose they served.

4. Compile your journal entries for one month and bind into a booklet.

IV. Check out these examples

At Seventy: A Journal by May Sarton
The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank
The Diary of Samuel Pepys by Samuel Pepys
The Journals of John Cheever by John Cheever

Some people though would not like to log journals. Other’s are not just used to it. They say it might be an evidence of the person’s life. But take this question: Why would you hide? One has to be brave to face the life he/she lives not for anything, but as a good example and inspiration for others. So there was a fault? Remember every person has the capacity to change for the better. Besides, journal writing is practicing writing skills and knowing yourself better.

For over 15 years dangerous and deadly bioengineered NanoFood has been taken over our commercial and corporate food supplies.
Unregualted, untested, Nanotechnology was a $ One Trillion dollar market in 2014 while Engineered NanoFoods was said to be at .8 Billion in 2012.

The nanotechnology in foods has been found in studies to cause entry into the tissue, blood and brains due to its subatomic particle size.

In rats it was found to enter lungs, liver, kidney and spleen as reactions at the nano size cause unknown reactions due to their incredibly small size.

Shelf life extension on beer, milk, etc. taste bud alterators that trick taste buds, biochps in the food and soil with rfid antennas to track food inside your body as well many sensors in biosolids (waste) used as fertilizer are just some of the applications.

The USDA/FDA/WHO are silent as to any oversite and strictly are action as advisors as corporate instituions work hard to keep the public uninformed.

The few industry polls taken show a whopping 75% are grossly and completely uninformed while only 7% said they had fairly good knowledge on this most critical silent invasion into our food supplies.

Another huge wake up call. Know a farmer, grown your own. Send this around.

If you’re an internet marketer who is outsourcing your content creation to an article ghost writer, I’ve got a good tip for you.  There are lots of writers out there, and many of them have a little bit of expertise somewhere else.  For example, some can do some programming, some can make videos, some have a tech background and so on.

But since you’re an internet marketer, why not hire an article ghost writer who has some experience with IM?  This is a great way to make sure that you and your ghostwriter are “on the same page.”  There are several reasons why this is a good arrangement.

It Makes Communication Easier

An article ghost writer who is also a marketer will have a good understanding of the IM lingo.  For example, if you say “These are autoresponder messages,” they’ll know exactly what that is without having to ask you.  They’ve probably done an autoresponder themselves, so they’ll know the drill completely.

They Can Handle Other Marketing Needs

A writer with an IM background may be able to help you in more ways than just supplying content.  If you’re having them write marketing articles for you, they can also do submissions and manage your account.  You can pay them a little extra to spend some time each week monitoring your article stats and building more backlinks.  This turns them from simply an article ghost writer to an all-around virtual assistant.

Expertise That Can Make Great Content

Finally, if you’re in the IM niche, your article ghost writer can use their knowledge of this niche to create your content.  There are lots of “secrets” in the trade that only somebody who has done it before would know.  For example, if you hire them to write an eBook on product creation, they can write from their first-hand experience creating their own.  They don’t have to research and get information second-hand.

Knowing about internet marketing is a great skill for an article ghost writer.  If you hire one who is also a marketer, they can give your content an edge that other writers can’t.  They can write from experience and handle extra tasks for you, making them much more than just your ghostwriter.  You can find yourself a full-scale virtual assistant who can handle all your content creation needs and much more.

I write your content so you don’t have to >> www.gregscottwrites.com.  I’ve got hundreds of satisfied customers under my belt.  This article is copyright 2010 by Greg Scott. Artist: Article One
Song: If The World Gives Up
Album: Colors and Sounds

Lyrics:

Im ready, now where am I supposed to go?
Tell me, is it very far away?
Cause everything this heart inside me knows
Theres so much more than I could dream to be
Is there more I could become? / Whats a life thats left undone?

So love come find me
Everything reminds me
Everywhere Im lookin for you
When I hold back
You can push back
Gotta bring back
The love
You define me, put it all behind me
Cant you see Im falling for you
Tell me you will believe
If the world gives up on me

Im searching, I know that theres a door beyond
A life with so much more than this
Could it be the best is never free
Ill find a way, its going to take the all of me
Is there more I could become?
Whats a life thats left undone?

If the world gives up on me
I know youll be there
Cause I know youll be there through it all

Im becoming more like you
Yeah, youll be there
Youll be there
If the world gives up

Global Warming is said to be the rise in the average temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere due to the green house gases like Carbon-di- oxide, Methane, Nitrous oxide and Ozone in the atmosphere. The “Greenhouse effect” caused by these gases warms the atmosphere naturally as this effect traps the sun’s radiation and act as a thermal blanket by maintain the Earth’s temperature within a livable limit of about 59 degree Fahrenheit. If the Earth did not have this thermal blanket, then the planet in which we all live in would probably be about 80 degree cooler than it is at present, making it very cold and difficult for us to survive and live in the planet. Global Warming is responsible for maintaining the temperature of the atmosphere.

The above factors that have been discussed are all related to the natural greenhouse effect and the natural global warming that will result in the normal climatic changes. But, nowadays, people relate the global warming topic to the adverse climatic changes that they are experiencing, which means that there is an increase over and above the permissible level of the temperature in the Earth’s atmosphere which is influencing the varying climatic patterns. Nature seems to be always warning us of the influence of global warming in this modern world and the few signs that have been brought to our notice includes the melting of the glaciers, increase in the sea levels, the recent Tsunami that caused huge damage to life and property, more than normal heat waves experienced in many countries etc.

The climate of the Earth is always changing. Earlier, the changes in the climate were all natural and were considered seasonal. But the frequent changes in the Earth’s climate, since the early 1900, have been identified to be caused by human behavior rather than due to the effect of the natural changes in the atmosphere. Since the industrial revolution, there has been lot of burning of fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas which results in letting out a lot of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, mainly Carbon- di- oxide or CO2 into the atmosphere. There have been billions of tons of CO2 that are burned into the atmosphere every year and the amount is increasing by about 3% every year.

The Amazon forest is also turning out to be a major carbon sink. It is reported that there is a net loss of rain forest along with the increase of carbon into the atmosphere. Deforestation is the main cause for the trees in the Amazon rain forests to not completely soak up the carbon let out into the atmosphere and this may also lead to varying climatic changes due to the presence of global warming. The effects of the carbon gases in the atmosphere has not spared the oceans as well as they also act as a carbon sink. The effect of increased carbon in the atmosphere has made the oceans more acidic, causing damage to the sea creatures, bleaching corals and also further causing damage to the general health of the oceans of the world. This has led to increase in the sea levels and the warmer water due to the effect of the warmer atmosphere also has led to more intense and unusual weather and climatic changes.

The various climatic changes that may occur due to the increased global warming effect are melting of the glaciers, rise in the temperatures of the regions on the Northern Hemisphere, melting of snows in the temperate regions earlier than before, frequent storms and floods, dry land will go more drier, rise in winter and night temperature and a more humid atmosphere.

You probably heard about the greatest environmental threat of our time: the global warming. Maybe you think that your personal attitude and household consumption don’t have such a big effect on our beautiful blue planet. You’re right. But more people would change this situation. Now you think that you’ve heard it for thousands of times, and you know that other people think the same way and won’t do anything to protect our planet. It’s not your business, there are the green peace activists to solve this problem. But what makes you think that others don’t try to change? Nowadays more and more articles and films deal with this topic. So, let’s imagine that you are interested in the global warming problem, and you tend to take some steps.

A thick layer of atmosphere, which grows thinner further out into space, surrounds the Earth. The atmosphere is consists mainly of Nitrogen. 21% of the atmosphere is Oxygen while just around 1% of the atmosphere consists of other gases like Carbon Dioxide. When sunlight strikes the Earth, some of it escapes back into the atmosphere, but the presence of ‘greenhouse gases’ like carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, methane, prevents all the radiation from escaping out into space. These gasses trap the sun’s radiation, heat and energy, and therefore, the Earth’s temperature remains warm. So, more and more of the Earth’s radiation gets trapped by the atmosphere and the Earth gradually gets warmer and warmer. It is believed that over the past century the Earth has grown warmer by around 1 degree F. This is called global warming, which occurs due to the greenhouse effect.

Vehicles and their widespread use are the leading producer of greenhouse gas emissions and other air pollutants, such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons. So your car also produces a lot of greenhouse gases. There are several ways you can limit this. For example, you can use public transport or walk more often; you can choose a fuel-efficient model when buying a car; or you can drive more fuel-efficiently. But there is another great solution: carpooling.

Do you have more cars in your family? All members of the family leave from home at a different time? Usually you go to work alone by car? Then, you are a main enemy of your environment. If you can travel with your family, try to use one car. It may takes more time, but means less consumption of oil and you can also save money. If you don’t have a family, or you really can’t travel together with somebody, try to use carpool services. There are several sites helping you to find other people interested in carpooling. It doesn’t matter where you live, carpooling has become widespread all over the world. Leave your car home and share a ride with somebody who travels to the same destination. Just try to avoid empty seats in your car, carpool whenever possible, and you already did a lot.

Car exhaust fumes extremely contribute to global warming. The United States, as Al Gore writes, is responsible for some 30 percent of greenhouse gas pollution, more “than South America, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, Japan, and Asia — all put together.” Embarrassingly. You can watch his new film, An Inconvenient Truth, which might have little effect on you if you are not ready yet.

Fruzsina Csery is a freelance copywriter, she occasionally writes for Carpooling.
