Bullies always prey on weak kids who can’t seem to stand up for themselves. Bullying is common many schools. Your child actually could be a victim of bullying in school. You may not be aware of it, but your child may be suffering in silence because of the constant bullying he gets in school. As a parent, it’s your role to make sure that your kid hasn’t become a victim of bullies. There are telltale signs which would tell you that your kid has been a constant target of school bullying.

If you’ve noticed that your child who was once calm and cheerful is suddenly become withdrawn and constantly angry, chances are that he’s a victim of bullying. When this happens, your child could start bullying younger member of your family as his way of retaliating against the school bullies. With younger siblings, your child could feel powerful, as opposed to how he feels in the presence of the bullies in school. Try to talk to your child, create strong bond with him so that he will learn to open himself up about the bullying. On your side, you can think of ways to rectify the school bullying situation.

Another sign that a child is a victim of bullying is soiling and bedwetting of pants. Bear in mind that bedwetting stage usually occur around age 7 of a child. For a kid who’s a victim of bullying, other signs would also develop, like nightmares and fear of school bullies when walking down the street. Be observant if your child suddenly makes excuses to walk the other way just to avoid the bullies.

As a parent, it’s our job to keep our children safe at all costs. However, we can’t keep our eyes on them all the time. So, the least we can do is pay close attention to their actions to know if something is amiss.

Child abuse protection is important for any child that is subjected to neglect, physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse. This article deals primarily with neglect. Of course there is overlap with the other forms of abuse but neglect is probably the most hidden and often the most difficult one to assess and understand.

Even seemingly good parents can be neglecting there children in one way or another even if they have loving intent. Take for example recent cases involving the death of children because their parents believed God is in control and therefore all they needed to do was to pray. Even though these parents were attending to what they saw was the need of the child because of their misdirected thinking they were in effect neglecting their child. It was imperative for them to receive adequate medical attention for their child.

There are numerous signs of child abuse that may be coming from a child and those working with children need to be perceptive to these signs. These signs can include the physical appearance of a child. The child may be of low weight indicating that they are not receiving adequate nourishment enabling them to thrive and develop. Their complexion and hair texture may be poor. They look tired and worn out. It is important to look for signs such as untreated physical problems, a baby may have severe nappy rash and urine scalds. Older children may have untreated sores and dental decay.

When considering if a child is being neglected it is important to look at their standard of hygiene. Children need to take proper care of themselves and therefore as children grow they learn elementary hygiene practices such as washing their hands and other parts of their body. Children should not be going through garbage seeking food or other basic products.

The behaviour of children is often telling. Neglected children often seek out the attention of an older person. Their behaviour could be self injurious including such bahaviour as rocking, sucking, head banging etc. A child may avoid going to school and may isolate themselves from other activities as well. Poor school attendance may indicate that a parent is not at home properly supervising a child at the beginning of a day. On the other hand a child might want to linger at school rather than go home. They may be found in other public places or they may be going to the homes of their friends and acquaintances

An area of neglect which may appear contradictory is that of a parent who is harsh and unreasonable in the discipline of their child. Parents can sometimes have high expectations of their children and may over discipline them for trivial matters. The reason why this becomes neglect is that these parents are neglecting to provide a warm caring environment for their child. Frequently in these circumstances children become rebellious and in need of child abuse protection because of the troubles they get themselves in to. Of course this is not an easy issue because it is so very difficult for many parents to gain the balance between child discipline and allowing children to become independent and self reliant.

Don’t rely on routine tests alone to protect you from cancer. It’s just as important to listen to your body and notice anything that’s different, odd, or unexplainable.

Here are some signs that are commonly overlooked:
1. Wheezing or shortness of breath
One of the first signs many lung cancer patients remember noticing is the inability to catch their breath.

2. Chronic cough or chest pain
Several types of cancer, including leukemia and lung tumors, can cause symptoms that mimic a bad cough or bronchitis. Some lung cancer patients report chest pain that extends up into the shoulder or down the arm.

3. Frequent fevers or infections
These can be signs of leukemia, a cancer of the blood cells that starts in the bone marrow. Leukemia causes the marrow to produce abnormal white blood cells, sapping your body’s infection-fighting capabilities.

4. Difficulty swallowing
Trouble swallowing is most commonly associated with esophageal or throat cancer, and is sometimes one of the first signs of lung cancer, too.

5. Swollen lymph nodes or lumps on the neck, underarm, or groin
Enlarged lymph nodes indicate changes in the lymphatic system, which can be a sign of cancer.

6. Excessive bruising or bleeding that doesn’t stop
This symptom usually suggests something abnormal happening with the platelets and red blood cells, which can be a sign of leukemia. Over time, leukemia cells crowd out red blood cells and platelets, impairing your blood’s ability to carry oxygen and clot.

7. Weakness and fatigue
Generalized fatigue and weakness is a symptom of so many different kinds of cancer that you’ll need to look at it in combination with other symptoms. But any time you feel exhausted without explanation and it doesn’t respond to getting more sleep, talk to your doctor.

8. Bloating or abdominal weight gain
Women diagnosed with ovarian cancer overwhelmingly report unexplained abdominal bloating that came on fairly suddenly and continued on and off over a long period of time.

9. Feeling full and unable to eat
This is another tip-off to ovarian cancer; women say they have no appetite and can’t eat, even when they haven’t eaten for some time.

10. Pelvic or abdominal pain
Pain and cramping in the pelvis and abdomen can go hand in hand with the bloating that often signals ovarian cancer. Leukemia can also cause abdominal pain resulting from an enlarged spleen.

11. Rectal bleeding or blood in stool
This is a common result of diagnosing colorectal cancer. Blood in the toilet alone is reason to call your doctor and schedule a colonoscopy.

12. Unexplained weight loss
Weight loss is an early sign of colon and other digestive cancers; it’s also a sign of cancer that’s spread to the liver, affecting your appetite and the ability of your body to rid itself of wastes.

13. Upset stomach or stomachache
Stomach cramps or frequent upset stomachs may indicate colorectal cancer.

14. A red, sore, or swollen breast
These symptoms can indicate inflammatory breast cancer. Call your doctor about any unexplained changes to your breasts.

15. Nipple changes
One of the most common changes women remember noticing before being diagnosed with breast cancer is a nipple that began to appear flattened, inverted, or turned sideways.

16. Unusually heavy or painful periods or bleeding between periods
Many women report this as the tip-off to endometrial or uterine cancer. Ask for a transvaginal ultrasound if you suspect something more than routine heavy periods.

17. Swelling of facial features
Some patients with lung cancer report noticing puffiness, swelling, or redness in the face. Small cell lung tumors commonly block blood vessels in the chest, preventing blood from flowing freely from your head and face.

18. A sore or skin lump that doesn’t heal, becomes crusty, or bleeds easily
Familiarize yourself with the different types of skin cancer —melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma — and be vigilant about checking skin all over your body for odd-looking growths or spots.

On a recent interview, Dr. Leonard Coldwell claimed that ‘all cancer’ along with ‘all other kinds of immune diseases’ are based on emotional and mental stress and can be cured in less than 12 weeks through holistic cancer remedies. In addition, Dr. Coldwell names several cancer-curing treatments that are being suppressed by the medical and pharmaceutical industry, including sodium bicarbonate, apricot kernels, oxygen therapy, rife machines and colloidal silver.

If you are wondering why there is no “official” cure for cancer, then try tracing the revenue cancer takes in each year. Cancer is a billion a year industry, while cancer protection and the early intervention of cancer brings in an additional 2 billion each year.

John D. RockefellerWhen you investigate the roots of the medical and pharmaceutical industries, you will find the name of John D. Rockefeller.

Dr. Coldwell stated, “The medical curriculum was created by John D. Rockefeller over 100 years ago when he produced chemicals and didn’t know how to sell those chemicals. He produced sales people and called them MD’s. He produced the entire curriculum for the education of medical doctors. Rockefeller made sure that the medical doctor never learned how to cure. A medical doctor has about 1 hour of education in diet and nutritional health and no knowledge on healing. They study pathology which is the study of decay and death. They study the chemical intervention with symptoms; they don’t study healing, curing or looking for the root cause of disease. The only cause for any kind of disease is the lack of energy and that’s mainly caused by physical or emotional stress.”
