“When we hear that a couple live 11 time zones apart and can afford to come together only once in a long while, it’s natural to offer sympathy for the pain. We should more fairly envy them for their luck.
Whatever our longings may indicate, it is simply a lot easier to love someone who isn’t there. Far from an unfortunate necessity, living apart should be recognised for what it truly is: an advantage…”

  5. CidGuerreiro1234 says:

I love this channel but that was a load of crap. I realize the video is supposed to talk about the advantages of it, but you should note that the disadvantages far outweight any benefit. Long-distance relationships SUCK. Sorry if I sounds rude, lol.

  6. KawaiiKat says:

A lot of people say it will never work. That just means that it doesnt work for most people (especially them) but it can work. May be rare, but it is possible and this video only shows how it is.

  7. Chrysostomus Hartrad says:

this video don't work with the other one which is about self-love.
i think that you think what you want to think

  8. Jenna Schopen says:

I've been in a long distance relationship for nearly a year now, and we have not met in person. Yes, there are advantages, like better communication and knowing each other very well. We can name each other's favorite anythings, but in the end, the pain that comes with long distance relationship is more piercing than a break up. It's the most difficult thing to kiss a phone screen rather than an actual person. If you find someone who is worth the pain, go for it.

  9. Atlanta guy says:

It looks like 407 women disliked this video..

  10. EnderCrypt says:

    this is so true

  11. Juanita Baca says:

So true . I have one but at times it gets lonely

  12. Ryan Wanjelani says:

nah it's a terrible thing lol

1:58 she grabbed da booty tho!

  14. RoxieCotton says:

I've been in a LDR for 3 years and some months now, and this video is right. I believe that it truly does give two people a chance to make their love even stronger and greater.

  15. Bo Qin says:

With our current population and social dynamics, it's more about quantity than quality. Can't rely on present time frame perspective on relationship, it'll just make them seem unsatisfying. Rather, I'd argue relationship should be viewed through one's entire life time. Only then, you'll truly appreciate the relationships in your life.

Relationship is worth as much as a small gift that has been sitting there for who knows how long, collecting dust, along with other small gifts received throughout one's life time.

  16. Formata Gfys says:

can you have a long distents relantion
yes if the relantion is longor then the distants

  17. Danni “Jay” Schottke says:

yall think relationships revolve completely around sex and nothing else… shallow and disgusting

  18. Mei1105 says:

This video makes me smile. Been in a long distance relationship for six years (UK and USA) this October. We're now engaged, and looking to move in together and get married next year. It was long and hard, but it was worth it for all the reasons stated here.
